How time is flying!
In a little over a month the first of two spring Nebraska Game and Parks Outdoor Experiences will be taking place. These were formerly known as Outdoor Expos.
The first, April 16 & 17 will be at the Platte River State Park. This is located along the Platte River between Lincoln and Omaha. East of the Eugene Mahoney State Park. It is very rewarding to assist with these events. I have found our youth look forward to the truth of wildlife management. Each day school groups will rotate through numerous outdoor group stations. During the 40-minuet session wildlife management and harvest methods is explained.
For those assisting lunch is provided. If a person is traveling to the event a room for the night very well may be provided.

The second Wildlife Adventure will be held at FT Kearney May 8 & 9. This state park is southeast of Kearney. The details are the same as above and again call Mike lance at (402) 3718 for details.
Once again I remind everyone of the Nebraska Fur harvesters spring meeting. Date, April 12, 2025. Location is NFH president shop at 978 K RD, Palmyra, NE 68418.
Lunch will be provided at 12:00 PM with the meeting starting at 1:00 PM. The meeting subjects will be printed in the near future! At the same event a huge amount of Nebraska Fur Harvester material will be sorted and cataloged. This material is from the Don Miller estate.
