A couple of pointers! When you call it seems to be better in the AM hours. Ensure you are speaking to the desk at the motel. It seems there are instances of calls being forwarded to their franchise office and persons being told the motel was full during our dates. This is not the case! I spoke with the manager, and she said credit cards will not be charged until a person checks in. After a couple of less than joyful experiences I directly ask for the physical motel desk.
It offers several advantages. If one has to cancel their reservation or adjust dates life is much simpler.
